In 2004, Renee Kim founded CLI Groups, Inc. Her success was driven by her ability to complete programs in a more flawless, high quality, value-added and personalized manner than other destination management companies. She graduated from the University of Southern California with the double major in Finance and Marketing. She worked in the stock brokerage industry for more than 12 years, where she developed strong sales and people skills.

Dorie Beacham, General Manager

Dorie Beacham brings twenty years of event-planning experience to CLI after working with companies such as MGM Mirage, Wynn and Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority. Beacham assisted in catering and convention logistics for groups up to 1,000. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and received her designation of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) in 2007. Beacham is an active member of National Association of Catering Executives, International Special Events Society and Las Vegas Hospitality Association.

Henry Alexander, Event Manager

Henry Alexander is a 2011 graduate of MacMurray College, Jacksonville, IL. with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing and Management. Before moving to Las Vegas, Henry lived in a small farming community approximately an hour and a half south of Chicago. This combination of rural setting and urban proximity provided him with the opportunity to pursue a wide variety of past times and he is equally comfortable arranging and managing a dazzling evening of epicurean delights and headline entertainment or adventurous outdoor experience. His eclectic range of interests and organizational skill contribute to his ability to connect with people, discern their goals, and pull together accommodations and events to meet and exceed their expectations. His attention to detail and creative solution finding abilities ensure satisfaction in every phase of his clients' experience.
