Renee Kim, President

Renee Kim founded CLI, an acronym for Convention, Leisure & Incentive travel, in 2004. Her success was driven by her ability to complete programs in a more flawless, cost effective and personalized manner than larger event-planning companies. By 2006, Kim developed a steady client list including well-known companies such as Boston Scientific and Panasonic. Kim grew up in South Korea and moved to the United States in 1984. She graduated from the University of Southern California with the double major in Finance and Marketing. She worked in the stock brokerage industry for more than 12 years, where she developed strong sales and people skills. In her true service spirit, Kim partnered with Queen B, a non-profit drug awareness program, to host a charity golf event in Las Vegas in 2009.

Dorie Groudan, CMP, National Sales Manager

Dorie Groudan brings twenty years of event-planning experience to CLI after working with companies such as MGM Mirage, Wynn and Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority. Groudan assisted in catering and convention logistics for groups up to 1,000. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and received her designation of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) in 2007. Groudan is an active member of National Association of Catering Executives, International Special Events Society and Las Vegas Hospitality Association.

Darik Malone, National Sales Manager

Darik Malone was appointed to National Sales Manager at CLI Groups in 2009. Malone has worked in the hospitality industry for numerous years with companies such as MGM Mirage and Fontainebleau. He has extensive knowledge and experience in hotel operations, casino services, VIP services, convention services, and convention sales. He is a member of the National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners and the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives.

Buffie Taylor, Regional Event Logistics Manager

Buffie Taylor has recently been appointed as the Event & Logistics Coordinator with CLI Groups. For the past four years, Buffie has worked in the special events and tradeshow industry, focusing on the logistical side of the events. Having come from the vendor side, she will handle all of the companies vendor relations. Prior to that she worked as a Pharmacy Technician for 12 years, where she developed her organization skills. Her attention to detail, high level of customer service and enthusiasm will make her a valuable asset to the CLI Team.

Shauna Wood, Event Coordinator

Shauna Wood is a native of the Las Vegas area, and has seen her home grow from a small town in the middle of the desert, to the booming city it is today. During that time, Shauna has made valuable contacts and has established herself in becoming a premier event coordinator. For a short time, Shauna worked in the real estate market where she specialized in commercial reality prior to becoming an event coordinator. Since her start with the company in 2007, Shauna has been a valuable asset to the company.

Sandra A. Hall, Controller

Originally from Long Island, New York, Sandra has been a resident of Las Vegas for the past five years. Sandi, as we all know her, has been in the accounting field for the last 45 years having her own business for the last 14 and providing financial services to small and mid-sized companies since 1995. Sandi has been a member of the CLI team since 2005.
